Here is a list of Samsung devices, which received a software update from January 20 to 24. In concrete terms, this concerns Galaxy A54, Galaxy A32 5G and Galaxy S24.
On the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy phones, Samsung has started releasing the January security update for the A32 5G. Galaxy A54 has the firmware version A546BXXSBCYA2is about 300 MB in size and was the first to reach the Europe and Galaxy A32 5G version A326BXXSECYA1 and was also the first to “land” on the old continent.
The January patch fixes more than 50 vulnerabilities, with both Samsung and Google providing fixes. Specifically, Google has fixed 5 critical and 24 high-risk bugs, with one fix already included in previous updates. Two fixes will then not apply to the Galaxy device.
As for Samsung, it has delivered a total of 22 solutions. They mainly solve problems with Sound dialer, Samsung Messages, Notification manager and Bootloader.
As for the Galaxy S24 series, it has received its second January update. It comes with firmware version S92xNKSS4AXL3 and was first made available in South Korea. It brings nothing more than general bug fixes and stability improvements. It could pave the way for an update with a stable version Androidu 15/One UI 7, the software of which debuted in the Galaxy S25 series. There is speculation that last year’s “flagships” will receive the update early next month.
